Our Story
Built for the People
Who Build Australia
"Trade Aid Kits was built because there wasn't a first aid kit good enough for the people who build Australia. So we made one."
How It Started
A Gap Between What Existed and What Was Actually Needed
Trade Aid Kits started with a simple observation — tradies are expected to carry first aid kits on site, but the kits available to them were designed for completely different environments. Generic green boxes full of bandaids and paracetamol wrappers, falling apart in the dust after a week in the ute.
We saw a gap between what was available and what was actually needed on a real Australian worksite — and we decided to fill it. We started designing kits from scratch: durable outer shells built from 5mm rip-stop material, heavy-duty weatherproof zips, clearly labelled compartments, and premium medical supplies chosen specifically for the injuries that happen in construction, trade, and industrial environments.
The result is a kit that looks as professional as the people who carry it, holds up in harsh conditions, and actually gets used when it matters.

What We Stand For
Built on Four Principles
Built for Real Worksites
Not offices, not school trips. Every design decision is made with construction, trade, and industrial environments in mind. If it doesn't work on a dusty worksite, it doesn't make the cut.
Premium Over Cheap
We use quality medical supplies and durable materials. We'd rather charge a fair price for something that works than sell a cheap kit that fails when someone actually needs it.
Organised Under Pressure
Every compartment is clearly labelled. In an emergency, you shouldn't have to read every packet to find what you need. Fast access isn't a nice-to-have — it's the whole point.
WHS-Ready
Our kits are ARTG-registered medical devices designed to meet the requirements for high-risk workplaces under Safe Work Australia guidelines. Compliance isn't an afterthought.
Proudly Supporting
Lifeline Australia
With every Trade Aid Kit sold, we donate $3.90 to Lifeline Australia. That means for every 10 kits sold, we collectively fund the average cost of one Lifeline call — $39.
We support Lifeline because the people who build this country face more than just physical hazards on the job. The construction industry has one of the highest rates of mental health challenges in Australia. We want to support our workers beyond physical safety alone.
